many, we urge you to talk to your customers about some of the proactive
preventative measures they can take that can help mitigate the impact of this
winter season:

Inspect roof. Please remind customers to keep an eye on snow and ice

important for older properties where build-up can have severe
consequences, especially if the temperature changes and it starts to melt.
