Wanda was terrific for us. She was very friendly, helpful, and quickly got a sense of what we were looking for in a home. She was extremely will informed about all aspects of the market and house issues. She is patient, funny, and unflappable. She was always able to provide us with experts who could give us advice or answers to queries. Her stager really helped to declutter our house for showing. That was a huge help in the sale process. We felt that we were a priority for Wanda, and she made us comfortable with the process. We would work with Wanda anytime and recommend her to anyone.

She listened well and responded to any concerns or questions as they arose for us. She gave us helpful advice on “staging” our home prior to the visit of her photographer who himself is creative and intentional in his work. She wisely advised us to have a visual septic inspection completed by a certified inspector and have the septic cleaned, thus adding helpful information to our listing. She arranged to have a local trades-person assess a small repair matter to give us a cost estimate and to make such available to a potential buyer. Thanks to her years of experience in real estate as well as her commitment to ongoing learning, she accurately advised us about market trends and shifting economic factors and influences as we determined a realistic list price.
Wanda is part of a local “team” of Exp realtors who truly function as a team. It just so happened that an offer came in when Wanda was not available. Her colleagues were very helpful and available to us as they navigated us through the detailed paperwork, which led eventually to the sale of our home.
