  We successfully completed a real estate transaction.
  The ease and speed with which it was accomplished was as a result of Wanda’s experience.
  It was clear to us that she was well known and highly regarded among her colleagues in real estate and other supporting services for example movers, lawyers and various professional consultants. Favourable and unsolicited remarks were received by us on our choice of agent.

She listened well and responded to any concerns or questions as they arose for us. She gave us helpful advice on “staging” our home prior to the visit of her photographer who himself is creative and intentional in his work. She wisely advised us to have a visual septic inspection completed by a certified inspector and have the septic cleaned, thus adding helpful information to our listing. She arranged to have a local trades-person assess a small repair matter to give us a cost estimate and to make such available to a potential buyer. Thanks to her years of experience in real estate as well as her commitment to ongoing learning, she accurately advised us about market trends and shifting economic factors and influences as we determined a realistic list price.
  Wanda is part of a local “team” of Exp realtors who truly function as a team. It just so happened that an offer came in when Wanda was not available. Her colleagues were very helpful and available to us as they navigated us through the detailed paperwork, which led eventually to the sale of our home.
