  uber positive, friendly, informed, dedicated, and helpful beyond words. In any of our transactions, if ever there was a problem (never of her making, of course), she would just fix it for you. She offered to do the final walkthrough for us of the home we were buying, as it was quite a trek for us from where we were moving from. She kept us informed, and when she discovered an issue with one of the appliances, she dealt with it and made it right for us. In the sale of our mother's house, she got it sold within a matter of weeks, whereas it had lingered for several months when listed with another agent. She referred us to services we needed in the clearing out of the home, and even got her hands dirty in the process. She knows EVERYONE, and isn't happy until you are. When we had a problem with a lawyer that handled a transaction, she advocated for us, and her assistance was invaluable. I can't say enough about her dedication to her clients. When we decide to sell our current home, there's no one else we would call.
