Summerfolk

Every year, on the third weekend of August, you will find thousands of people listening, dancing, singing, eating, drinking, THCing, swimming and many other -ings on the shores of Georgian Bay.  This annual Owen Sound event that draws so many is the Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival (locally know as “Summertoke”:)) and I have had the honour to know it now for over 25 years.

She gave us helpful advice on “staging” our home prior to the visit of her photographer who himself is creative and intentional in his work. She wisely advised us to have a visual septic inspection completed by a certified inspector and have the septic cleaned, thus adding helpful information to our listing. She arranged to have a local trades-person assess a small repair matter to give us a cost estimate and to make such available to a potential buyer.
