I moved to Owen Sound 32 years ago, and have raised my 3 children here. My oldest son has his own Wood Fired Pizza Business, my daughter is multi-talented a Doula, Yogi, and is our Marketing Assistant, my youngest is going to run the world someday. I also have 2 grandchildren. I love real estate, and I love renovating. When I am done renovating part of my house, I start again. I have two sisters that live within two blocks and I have 2 big dogs that I hike on my beloved Bruce Trail every day. (weather permitting) One of my favourite things to do in the summer is zip out and take a quick dip in the lake, WOW this makes me happy. She listened well and responded to any concerns or questions as they arose for us. She gave us helpful advice on “staging” our home prior to the visit of her photographer who himself is creative and intentional in his work. She wisely advised us to have a visual septic inspection completed by a certified inspector and have the septic cleaned, thus adding helpful information to our listing. She arranged to have a local trades-person assess a small repair matter to give us a cost estimate and to make such available to a potential buyer. Thanks to her years of experience in real estate as well as her commitment to ongoing learning, she accurately advised us about market trends and shifting economic factors and influences as we determined a realistic list price.
Wanda is part of a local “team” of Exp realtors who truly function as a team. It just so happened that an offer came in when Wanda was not available. Her colleagues were very helpful and available to us as they navigated us through the detailed paperwork, which led eventually to the sale of our home.
