She wisely advised us to have a visual septic inspection completed by a certified inspector and have the septic cleaned, thus adding helpful information to our listing. She arranged to have a local trades-person assess a small repair matter to give us a cost estimate and to make such available to a potential buyer. Thanks to her years of experience in real estate as well as her commitment to ongoing learning, she accurately advised us about market trends and shifting economic factors and influences as we determined a realistic list price.
