Your Local Market Update
Hello! Not much to say today but I wanted to send a few words of encouragement, keep you updated with your local market stats and let you know my listing procedures to offer you comfort in knowing your real estate needs are being met in a safe manner during this Global COVID-19 Pandemic.
For my last post of 2019, I thought I would showcase some of my favourite local images from the past year and share my thoughts about the future of the area. As those of you who have moved here (thanks to Wanda) have discovered, we continue to live in a hidden gem of an area. For as long as I have lived in the Owen Sound area, I have been waiting for our turn to be discovered. And as we enter our 20’s, I feel like big things are coming our way.

Because of her honesty, I asked her to help us in finding a home and within a couple weeks we put in an offer on our dream first home. She walked us through every single step of the way and made the process as easy and stress free as possible. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially when we moved in our first day. She consistently assured us that she was available for support and that she will continue to be available after we’re moved in if any questions come along.
