We both had very favorable first impressions of Wanda. She was punctual, informative, authentic and personable. The property required significant work which Wanda pointed out clearly as we viewed the property. We decided to put in an offer with several key conditions. We were from out of town and Wanda did a great job getting professionals into the property to address the conditions and firm up the offer. Throughout the buying journey Wanda was an excellent communicator and provided us important information to close the sale and prepare us for our move. I would highly recommend Wanda to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Owen Sound area.

Because of her honesty, I asked her to help us in finding a home and within a couple weeks we put in an offer on our dream first home. She walked us through every single step of the way and made the process as easy and stress free as possible. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially when we moved in our first day. She consistently assured us that she was available for support and that she will continue to be available after we’re moved in if any questions come along. Her kindness also made her lovely to work with. If we decide we need to move someday we will certainly work with her again, but I think it will be a long long time before we will need to because we are so happy in our new home.
