Hello and Happy Earth Day! Although it might seem that I am, once again, late with my post, Wanda and I decided it was best to save it for this important day, especially in light of the isolation we continue to find ourselves in.
I love our ever-changing world. As a photographer, it gives me a chance to see through fresh eyes regularly. That said, I’ve never witnessed such drastic change in such a short period of time. Although this sudden shift has brought on sadness and anxiety for many, it has also reminded us of the importance of caring and community.
Congratulations to Wanda on the launch of her wonderful new web page. I am proud to make my small contribution to what Wanda does for our area. That said, my first blog post on Wanda’s new site has also turned out to be one of the hardest to write. Over the past couple of weeks, Wanda and I have passed ideas back and forth only to have them shot down by the crazy happenings of our world.
January has come and gone, but winter still hasn’t set in in Grey and Bruce Counties. Yes, as you can see in the above photo, we’ve had snow, but like last year, the few snow storms we have had have been followed by milder weather and rain.
